Day 1 : Istanbul - Arrival Day

Meet at the Istanbul International Airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 : Istanbul Tour
Breakfast Included

Guided Istanbul old city tour on foot, visiting Topkapi Palace (closed on Tuesdays) Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia Museum (closed on Mondays), Underground Cistern, Covered Grand Bazaar (closed on Sundays). Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 : Bosphorus and Two Continents
Breakfast Included

Pick up at 08:30 from the hotel for the tour of Bosphorus and the Asian part of Istanbul. During the tour, we will enjoy a Bosphorus Cruise, having lunch and visiting the Dolmabahce Palace, Bosphorus Bridge, Asian side. Overnight in Istanbul

Day 4 : Istanbul - Yerevan - Armenia
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Istanbul International Airport. Arrive to Yerevan and you will be transferred from Airport to your hotel by one of official guides with Murti’s Tours. Check into the hotel where your accommodation has been reserved for the night. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to enjoy and explore Yerevan. Dinner and Overnight in Yerevan

Day 5 : Garni - Geghard
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included

After breakfast, you will depart for a guided City tour of Garni and Geghard. During this excursion, first we visit to museum of Erebuni and Genocide Memorial for the victims of 1915. Drive to the Pagan Temple of Garni, which is the only non - Christian temple currently standing in Armenia and cave monastery in Geghard. The structures of the fortress of Garni are in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. Lunch at a local house in Garni where you will have opportunity to watch Armenian national bread lavash baking and barbeque making process in the underground stove called tonir. Northeast of Garni, higher up the gorge of the Azat River, there is a magnificent monument of medieval Armenian architecture - Geghard monastery inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage list (inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage list). Geghard is another incredible ancient Armenian monastery, partly carved out of a mountain. Dinner at the National restaurant Our Village where you can taste Armenian National food and listen Folk music. Dinner and Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 6 : Yerevan - Khor Virap - Noravank - Areni - Selim - Sevan

You will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast, we visit to Khor Virap Monastery, from here one can enjoy the majestic view of Mount Ararat not too far from the Arax river. Khor Virap is the closest point to Mount Ararat from the territory of Armenia, the most convenient place for observing and taking pictures of the biblical mountain. Noravank set in a canyon rich with rare flora. It is a 13th century Armenian Apostolic Church monastery, located 122 km from Yerevan in a narrow gorge made by the Amaghu River, nearby the city of Yeghegnadzor, Armenia. We will have our lunch in the cave of Noravank. Afterwards, we can continue our tour to Areni wine factory. We will have an opportunity to taste Armenia’s finest wine in a village. Then our tour continue by Selim pass to Sevan Lake. Lake Sevan is the largest lake in Armenia and one of the largest high - altitude lakes in the world. Lake Sevan is situated in the central part of the Republic of Armenia, inside the Gegharkunik Province, at the altitude of 1, 900 m above sea level. Visit to Sevanavank. Sevanavank is a monastic complex located on a peninsula at the North-western shore of Lake Sevan in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. Dinner and overnight in Sevan.

Day 7 : Sevan - Dilijan - Haghatsin - Alaverdi

You will be picked up from your hotel, after breakfast. First we visit to Dilijan town. Dilijan is a lush, green city located in the northern Armenian province of Tavush. It is one of the most important resorts of Armenia, situated in Dilijan National Park. Hiking, mountain biking, and picnicking are popular recreational activities. Walking tour to the Haghartsin Monastery. In the upper reaches of the Aghstev River, there is Haghartzin monastery ensemble of the Tavush district. Lunch in a family house. After lunch, driving to Alaverdi Alaverdi Monastery is a Georgian Orthodox monastery located 20 km from Telavi, in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. Parts of the monastery date back to 6th century. Dinner and overnight in Dilijan.

Day 8 : Haghpat - Sanahin - Sadakhlo border - Tbilisi

You will be picked up from your hotelafter breakfast for a visit to Sanahin Monastery that is an Armenian monastery founded in the 10th century in the Lori Province of Armenia. The name Sanahin literally translates from Armenian as this one is older than that one, presumably representing a claim to having an older monastery than the neighbouring Haghpat Monastery. We visit Haghpat Monastery (10 - 13cc). The construction of this monastery is associated with the glory of the Bagratuni Royal Family. The oldest structure of the monastery, the holy Cross Church was built in 977 - 911. We will have our lunch in this area. We drive to Sadakhlo border. 15:00 Meet at the border, coach and guide change and drive to Tbilisi. Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Mtkvari (Kura) River Dinner at Georgian Traditional restaurant and overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 9 : Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Gudauri

After breakfast, we departe from Tbilisi Pass through Mtskheta one of the oldest cities of the country of Georgia, is located approximately 20 kilometers North of Tbilisi at the confluence of the Aragvi and Kura rivers. On the way, visit two UNESCO world heritage sites: Jvari Monastery is a Georgian Orthodox monastery of the 6th century near Mtskheta (World Heritage site), Mtskheta - Mtianeti region, eastern Georgia. The name is translated as the Monastery of the Cross. For another, Jerusalem - located Georgian monastery with the same name, see Monastery of the Cross. and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is a Georgian Orthodox cathedral located in the historical town of Mtskheta, Georgia, 20 km (12. 5 miles) Northwest of the nation’s capital of Tbilisi. Then, continue to Gudauri which is a ski resort located on the southern slopes of The Greater Caucasus Mountain Range in Georgia. The resort offers high quality skiing opportunities. The ski season lasts from December to April. Heli-skiing is also available throughout the season. Dinner and overnight in Gudauri.

Day 10 : Gudauri - Kutaissi
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included

If the time permits, optional half day tour to Boyana Church and the National History Museum. Visit to the National History Museum. Most interesting are the collections of Thracian and Old Bulgarian gold and silver treasures, rich collection of icons, church plates and cloths, numismatics, manuscripts and early printed books, ethnographic exhibits. Visit to Boyana Church (included in the list of UNESCO), located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain in the suburb of Boyana. Tour duration - approx. 3 hours. Transfer to the airport for departure.

Day 11 : Kutaisi - Gori - Tbilissi
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included

After breakfast you will be picked up and drive to Gori. Visiting Joseph Stalins House Museum. The Joseph Stalin Museum is a museum in Gori, Georgia dedicated to the life of Joseph Stalin, the leader of the Soviet Union, who was born in Gori. The museum has three sections, all located in the town’s central square. It was officially dedicated to Stalin in 1957. With the downfall of the Soviet Union and independence movement of Georgia, the museum closed in 1989, but has since been reopened, and is a popular tourist attraction. Return to Tbilisi. Dinner and overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 12 : Tbilisi - End of Tour

BOOKING PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

TravelShop Turkey and Murti’s Tour; makes it easy to book the tours with an advanced payment of only 25% with the rest of 75% payable on arrival. You can cancel your new bookings anytime until 15 May 2020 up to 2 working days prior to your departure. If you will prefer to make bank transfer for the remaining balance of 75%, you need to make sure that it is received by our side by the tour start date. If through a credit card, you can always make the payment our online service only to be withdrawn by the tours start date.


CANCELLATION PROCEDURES:

TravelShop Turkey and Murti’s Tour; will not apply any penalties to you if you cancel before 2 working days of tour departure date until 15 May 2020, your deposit of 25% to be refunded. This way, our guests will be on the safe side and will not worry about penalties. In case that you have informed us of your arrival/departure flight details and received related confirmations for accommodation and tour programs, yet haven’t showed up for the tour, 25% deposit to be non-refundable. With the exception of ready-made packages, if you require different accommodation venues like any international brand name hotels, your tours would fall under “customized/tailor-made tours” category and hotels’ regulations to be applicable and to be announced within the itinerary. Our aim is not to charge guests’ for a penalty and care for the benefit of the guests that we will comply from here on end. 

 

DOMESTIC FLIGHT PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:

As we strive to refund our guests fully, we haven’t included our domestic flights. Each domestic flight has its own set of regulations applicable. Therefore, to cover you and keep from a no-show penalties, we will provide our tours without the calculation of domestic flights. Domestic flight price for adult travelers is approximately Euros: 50,00 for one way and for under 2 years old, approximately Euros: 20,00 as an insurance policy. When your booking is ascertained, we will require flight ticket price in full. If cancelled, we will comply by Airline Company’s cancellation policy. This way, we would be able to ease the process and provide a comfortable and worry-free travel.
